• Hello, your plugin is amazing! However, I encountered an issue when using it with the Advanced Woo Search plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-woo-search/). Your plugin can track Ajax search if I use the shortcode [aws_search_form] or add this PHP code <?php aws_get_search_form( true ); ?> to insert the search box from Advanced Woo Search.

However, if I enable Seamless integration mode in the settings of Advanced Woo Search, it cannot track Ajax search anymore. Of course, your plugin still tracks searches when pressing Enter, regardless of the scenario. I hope this issue can be addressed in future updates.

The theme I’m using is OceanWP, in case that helps. Thank you very much!

    Hi @aduwow,

I tried reproducing the issue and it seems to work fine with the shortcode. Searches made within the Advanced Woo Search form are being tracking correctly. Could you check if the ‘Track AJAX searches’ option in WP Search Insights has been enabled?

    Hi @markwolters

Thank you for your prompt response. As I mentioned earlier, the plugin works well with the shortcode. However, the issue arises when using the Seamless Integration mode in the Advanced Woo Search plugin, which automatically replaces all search forms without needing to use a shortcode. The problem seems a bit complex, and I understand if it cannot be resolved since it involves another plugin. Nonetheless, your plugin already does a fantastic job with everything else.

    Thanks again!
