Ajax string search with custom fields

    Hey. My situtation is this. I have a custom post type (Plugin: Custom Post Type Ui) which lists different buildings. In that post type I have put custom fields (Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields). Then I installed your plugin and I’m trying to use the ajax search and the String Search specifically. The ajax search works partially. But for some reason it searches only the title of the post, not any of the custom fields. Whenever I try to search something from the custom fields, it gives no results. I have selected the correct post type to include in search. What could be the problem?

    This is not a problem, it is the default way wp dealing with string search. It only searches post title and content, unfortunately meta field is not included.

    If you want to use text search for (particular) meta field, you can try to look at this add on plugin.
