AJAX submission doesn’t work

  • Hi,

    I’m using Contact Form 7 for a while now, and I just had a problem with the Ajax calls made by CF7. My CF7 version is 4.5.

    When I hit the Submit button on my form, the page is reloaded instead of sending the mail in ajax”, when the page is reloaded, I have this added to my base url :
    “?_wpcf7=5&_wpcf7_version=4.5&_wpcf7_locale=fr_FR&_wpcf7_unit_tag=wpcf7-f5-o1&_wpnonce=3235f6d4dd&your-name&your-mail&your-message”

    I never had this problem before, and I use the same plugins on every sites I make (Timber, ACF Pro, Polylang…)

    I’m also using the javascript library “fullpage.js” for this site, maybe it blocks some click events on buttons ?

    The CF7 javascript scripts are correctly included in the DOM (jquery.form.min.js?ver=3.51.0-2014.06.20 and scripts.js?ver=4.5 and the _wpcf7 variable)

    have you tried deactivating all plugins and changing the theme? Do you still get that error?

    Hi Josef,

    I just tried to send a mail with all plugins deactivated and it’s still reloading the page.
    Even without any theme and just a blank page and just the contact form appearing, the ajax call is not made and the page reloads…
