    Hi,

Is it possible for the plugin to submit to InfusionSoft via AJAX and then show the thank you message within the same page?

At present we are seeing the form redirecting to a url, but it would be better if we could remain in page.

    Many thanks

No, this is a fault of Infusionsoft as for security reasons they don not allow this. We tried to implement it a few months back but no dice.

    Hey Adrian,

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Can you elaborate a little on the reason for this and what issues you found?

I am going to start a chat with InfusionSoft to see what our options are to make things a bit more user-friendly.

What’s thrown me is that previous devs had written some custom code with InfusionSoft forms (HTML pasted into WordPress) running with what looked like real-time/AjJAX responses coming back.

    Thanks again

Hi, the new google recaptcha blocks all ajax requests to forms, preventing the submission. The user HAS to be brought through the traditional infusionsoft thank you page or else the submission will be blocked, even if you disable the recaptcha.
