• Hi there, i’m having the same issue that this post:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ajaxurl-has-not-been-defined-2/

I get an error on the browser (AjaxURL has NOT been defined) when I compare or press the compare button. I added “yith-woocommerce” and even “yith-woocommerce-compare” to excluded pages on WP Fastest Cache (start with, contains, is equal to, regex), to excluded css and to excluded js but i always get the error!

    Can someone help?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

I performed a test on your site and I couldn’t replicate the issue, download screenshot here.

What should I do to replicate the problem?

Hi there and thanks for helping! After your message i went to see if it was fixed and realized i only got the error when i’m logged in! If i’m not logged in, i won’t get the error!

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

on my installation I can’t replicate the issue as logged-in user, so please try YITH Compare with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme and let me know if the problem persists.

Hi! Disabling WP Fastest Cache solves the issue. I tried other website with WP Fastest Cache and YITH compare and I got the same error.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

please exclude the “Compare” page and the cookie “yith_woocompare_list” from your cache.

In additional check if you have enabled the optimization for JS file loading, try disable it.

Hi and thanks! I disabled all options of WP Fastest Cache and added the “yith_woocompare_list” to cookie exclusion list, but it doesn’t fix the error.

How can i exclude the “Compare” page as there isn’t any?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I’m sorry for this late reply and for writing about the page “Compare”, it was a mistake.

Usually our customers solve the issue excluding the cookie from the cache, but it seems it’s not your case.

Can you confirm that issue happen only when the cache plugin is enabled?

Hi again! No problem, and thanks again for helping!

The issue is solved by disabling WP Fastest Cache, but adding the cookie to exclusion or even disabling WP Fastest Cache options, while keeping the plugin enabled, doesn’t fix the error.

Also, i only get the error if I’m logged in!

    Thanks again!
