Akismet and RSS feed problem

Morning folks,

I enabled Akismet yesterday, and since then, my RSS feed appears to be AWOL. I found the same thing when I used a Captcha code (they suddenly appeared when I disabled it).

I like Akismet, and suspect that it’s not necessarily the plugin but my theme that might be the issue. However, I’m not a code-guru, so I haven’t the faintest idea how to fix this. I’d turn it off, but I get spam botted up the wazoo on a daily basis.

Can anyone help?

I use a slightly modified Atahualpa Theme. I don’t think any of my mods would have broken anything, but anything is possible I suppose!
