Akismet on Multisite

    Hi Akismet,
    we have an Akismet Plus Yearly plan on our multisite. Recently we started receiving “Akismet Error Code: 10007” . We have our API key embedded in our wp-config.php file like below.

    This is what our domain structure looks like in the Multisite.
    domain.com
    domain.com/member

    /** Define WordPress.com API Key */
    define(‘WPCOM_API_KEY’,’your-key’);

    Any idea how we can get rid of the error code?

    Each site in your multisite environment will need a subscription, even if they use the same domain as a base:

    See: https://akismet.com/errors/10007/

    A single pro subscription can be used on one site. You can add sites (up to nine) on that plan for $5/month/site or $59/yr/site. After that, you’d need an Enterprise plan.
