Akismet spam filter not working on domain with two blogs

I successfully implemented and tested the Askimet spam filter on two contact forms on two different blogs, everything perfect.
On a third blog, which happens to be installed in a deeper directory on the same domain as the second blog, everything LOOKS okay, but the test email from the purple pill people did NOT get caught as expected, but went through.
So basically:
https://www.exampleONE.com/blog1/contact.html – works as expected
https://www.exampleTWO.com/blog2/contact.html – works as expected
https://www.exampleTWO.com/subfolder/blog3/contact.html – spam is not caught, mail is sentI’m not sure that the second blog on the same domain is why there’s the problem, but everything else checks out the same as the ones that are working. Any ideas?
