Akismet won’t save API

  • Hi,
    I created a new self-hosted blog and generated a new WordPress.com API for it. However, when I enter it on the Akismet Configuration page, it is never saved and I keep getting “Akismet is almost ready…” comment.
    What am I doing wrong?
