    Hi Raul,

for some reason, /wp-content/plugins/akismet/_inc/form.js is not processed, and it doesn’t appear in the logs. Is it by design?

    Cheers
    Chris

It seems that akismet is enqueuing their file on wp_footer instead of wp_print_footer_scripts, not sure if on purpose or if a bug on their end.

I don’t use akismet, but will try to take a look and see if I can catch that one too.

    Hi,

After looking into this, it happens because Akismet is printing the file in a different way to preserve compatibility with WP older than 3.3…

I have no easy way to catch that file if they don’t use the “normal” way of enqueueing the files… so I have asked the Akismet team for solutions and will see what they say.

Closing this as solved for now, as it’s not this plugin fault but rather due to how Akismet is adding it to the footer. Will improve this once I get a solution from them (if possible).

    Thanks
