Alaska location is published, but won't show in the listing

I have added a new location and published it, but can NOT get it to show in the online listing. (https://brownsplating.com/dealers/find-a-dealer/). It is in Alaska–does that make a difference? Is that location outside the map’s capabilities? Thanks for any help!
ALSO, would love to get rid of the excess space above the dealer search. Any advice on that?
