Album cover photo

I’ve already posted this question in the codeasily.com/community forum but I’ll try it here as well.

Question to the developer:
In the Album edit screen there is a feature to add a cover photo to an album. As I understand, this only works for audio albums at the moment.
It would be great if it worked for photo albums as well. Then, we could set a cover photo for each album and create a new page showing several albums as images in a grid and the user could click on any photo and it would take him to a new page displaying that particular album.
Any idea if this feature is in the works or considered for future upgrades?
