    Have a great day!

I have exactly the same problem. I was prompted to ‘update’, so I did. After that none of my galleries are visible on my website. I’ve tried every possible route – doing another gallery. Same result – no pictures show up on the website. I have still had no reply from my Contact email to Web Dorado. As a result, I have had to put an apology for the lack of pictures on my website.

same problem on my website https://www.abc-gamers.de
I have tried something, but no chance. On page is the info: no picture at gallery, bu that is not correct. The gallerys have images and that problem is after update the wd manager, i dont know if there was a update of the gallery, too or only the wd-manager, because i have push the update in the wd-manager nothing else.

    Hi,
I deactivate the current version of Photo Gallery Plugin, but I can not install the older version (1.2.54) from Wordpres.org because the zip file is too large.
How can I solve this problem?
    regards

    Hi, @associacaocomandos,

Seems like upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini file of your website has a small value. However, there is a quick workaround for this problem, and that is to install the plugin through FTP.

    1. Connect to your website server using an FTP client software (e.g. FileZilla).
    2. Open the folder containing your website files and navigate to /wp-content/plugins directory.
    3. Uncompress .zip package of the plugin, then upload its folder to /wp-content/plugins directory, without modifying files.
    4. Log in to WordPress administrative panel of your site and go to Plugins page.
    5. Look for the plugin and press Activate.

Let us know if this works. Also note, that this problem might occur again when installing other plugins. So we recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to enlarge the value of upload_max_filesize.

    Thanks! Have a great day!
