Album won't display

I’m having this same problem…..I am wondering if it is related to the recent WordPress updates of NextGen Gallery updates.

We haven’t upgraded yet and this is happening to us also. The galleries show, but not the albums. Help!

Sorry–I meant the albums show, but not the galleries.

I went through and deactivated each of my other plugins one by one to see if it fixed it and sure enough, when I deactivated the Jetpack for WordPress plugin, it fixed everything. Looks like the latest Jetpack update is conflicting with NextGen because it worked fine before I updated the Jetpack plugin. Hope this helps you all!

Thank you, thank you, thank you senvas! That worked for us too! We have a huge gallery of boat builder photos and that would really be a bummer to not have it working! Thank you again…

we have the same problem, when i deactivated the jetpack plugin it solved the problem.

It works! Thanks for help. I hope that both guys (jetpack & nextgen) solve that problem and we could use both plugins at the same time.

I have the same problem, but do not use Jetpack… ??

ALl thumbnails on the album page are there, but when I click them I get an empty page.

I tried unchecking the “Deactivate gallery page link” but then the page just refreshes, without anything happening.

@ Iwan155 – have you tried deactivating other plugins, then see if your gallery comes back? I went one by one until I found which plugin was conflicting. Hope that works…

@senvas: I did, didn’t help. Only upside is I am now forced to check out the new WordPress 3.5 own gallery, which isn’t too bad at all!

I added an album to a page, and that displayed fine. However, when I clicked on a gallery, the gallery wouldn’t show.

Example, if the album was on https://www.rogueveloracing.com/photos/ and I clicked on one of the galleries in the album (example URL for the gallery being https://www.rogueveloracing.com/photos/rvrgallery/rvr/vcu-cx-2012), it would direct itself to https://www.rogueveloracing.com/photos/ with nothing, not even the album, displayed.

I disabled Jetpack and everything about NextGen Gallery seems to work as it should. I’d like to have the functionality of both plugins back if possible.

Non of the options above worked, and with this [resolved] in the title I’m affraid it will take some time…
