Alert notification problem

    From more than one year, every time I have one alert in AIO SEO (the point red) the page no respond.

    admin.php?page=aioseo&notifications=true#/

    I watch on the bottom line Chrome say waiting for pixel.wp.com and public-api.wordpress.com

    And the page is white and no load, PC and mobile.

    I no have firewall.
    Any fix for this? i no can clear the alert.
