    Apparently our operators (who also field phone calls all day) are only hearing a chat alert “ding” on one PC at a time, and thus missing chat requests while they are on phone conversations. The other operators don’t even know there is a new active chat session to answer.

    Is this a feature or a bug? How is supposed to work? Is it configurable at all?

    Hi, thank you for your feedback. When there is many visitors coming to chat, the operators are assigned randomly to them, so we make sure that only one person is talking to a client. We will add an option soon that will allow you to choose whetever you want those alerts to come to everyone or be assigned randomly to only one operator
