AlertMe! improvement ideas

Hello,

AlertMe! is a very good plugin that meets my needs perfectly.

However, some options could be relevant such as:

The possibility in the options of always checked “Send update notification” by default for all the chosen contents. Not having a perfect mastery in php, I cannot modify this need in the extension editor.

The possibility in the Bulk selection of pages and posts to activate “Send update notification”.

The possibility to rename the button “suscribe” for non-english website.

The possibility to rename the placeholder aswell.

Finally, the Subscribe Heading Text in the options is not encoded in UTF-8 when the user receive the email.
