I’m in the process of setting up Algolia with my WooCommerce site. In your plugin settings, I have selected to “Use Algolia in the backend” for the Search page results.

I’m currently using FacetWP and really like their many options. The FacetWP plugin works with the current setup of Aloglia and WP Search with Algolia plugin.

I was wondering when the FacetWP facets are selected in order to filter out the products, is this being powered by Algolia like it does for the search? If not, is there a way to get FacetWP to be powered by Algolia?

    Thank you.

I have to believe potentially, but it also really depends on if Algolia is integrated with all searches automatically before FacetWP gets used, or if it has to be explicitly toggled on by FacetWP as well to make use of it.

@caroltheo I’m wondering if you can help me – I’m also using FacetWP + Algolia (via this plugin), but can’t get them to work together. Are you using a FacetWP template to display results? If so, are there additional config settings to make it work? I have a FacetWP template shortcode on my search results template, but when I search for anything I get no results. Any help much appreciated!

…actually, I have made some progress. I think it may have been the theme causing a clash.
