Align/ center gallery

    Hi,

    First: thank you for creating Photo Gallery!

    After the last two updates, I find that all the galleries are now aligned to the left, instead of centered. On some pages, I get the option of an alignment (but after saving the changes, the gallery is still aligned left), but on other pages there isn’t an option to choose at all: I can only click the photo gallery icon, which leads me to the settings.

    I’m not sure if there was a standard option in the settings of the plugin for this, or if I changed it manually on the pages. When searching for this now, I couldn’t find this option. I have the newest updates installed of both wordpress and the plugins. Another topic here involving the same issue was marked as ‘solved’, but updating the plugin didn’t help in my case.

    Thank you for the report.

    We are working on a new version of the gallery plugin. It will go live this week,
    It includes some fixes of the alignment issue as well.

    Let’s wait for the update first and see how it affects your galleries.

    I am experiencing the same problem as jet80
    I am using Version 1.5.58
    Are you talking of a new vesrion prior to this one?

    I also noticed that in some of the images in older galleries, the description keeps reverting to the one I’m trying to change. A part of these images also appear stretched in the thumbnail-view, while others are resized and clipped as it was before.

    I will await the update. Thanks for the work!

    Can we please have screenshots and links for the gallery that reverts back to the older description?
    As for the stretched images, please make sure to set Generated Thumbnail Dimensions (https://nimb.ws/xadQsf) larger than Thumbnail Dimensions. This is important and necessary for having a nice resolution on image thumbnails.

    After making these changes, please press Recreate button.

    @asyag Thanks! I have solved the issues by deleting and uploading the pictures again. Everything works fine now. Some of the galleries were still in classic mode when I wanted to edit them, so I changed that too.

    The Alignment issues should be solved with those new updates.

    Hello,
    I experience the same problem (images are aligned to left instead of center) on this page. I’ve tried to regenerate the thumbnails but it does not work. The plugin is up to date. Any help, please? ??
