align checkbox and label

Your theme has a CSS rule that gives a checkbox 100% width. To override it, please add the following CSS to your website:

.mc4wp-form-fields input[type="checkbox"] {
    width: auto;
    margin-right: 10px;
}

You can use a plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-css/ to add this code.
