Align comments next to comment box – Help!

If you check my site https://www.chrisfawkes.net you will see that under my post i have the posted comments on the left in a scroll box and the comment form on the right but below the scroll box.

I would like to have the comment box and the scroll box aligned, one on the left and the other on the right.

I’ve been searching for a while and cannot seem to find the answer.
