Align pages better – remove white space on the left

  • Hi all, my question is twofold:

    1) When you open the link to my page, there is a large white space on the left. Is it possible to align this table centrally, with the white spaces evenly spread? I tried some of the suggestions I found on other topics, but it hasn’t fixed the problem yet.
    2) When you click on “about me” (on top) for example, you see the same happening on pages (large white area on the left). Is it possible to align the text centrally on the page and have the title of that page on top instead of on the left? Now all text is a bit on the right side of the page.
