Align the text field and text

Hi,
I want to align my contact form like this: https://www.fundingway.com/ace/app_form.php?affid=af1401&aff_sub_id=&app_link_id=pg~http%3A—-fundingway.com–&ref=&zip=&Country=&First_Name=&MI_Name=&Last_Name=&email=&cat=1&x=%2Face%2Fapp_zip2.php&z=1&keyid=&locid=&dis_para=As you can see the text fields are aligned right BUT the text is aligned left and it looks very nice. How can I apply this to my own contact form?
