Aligning Elements?

    Is there an easy way to align elements? I feel like my only choice is to eyeball each element to try to get them all centered or aligned on the left edge.

    I read something about a grid, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to get a grid overlay to display to help.

    It would be awesome if there was some way to have snapping to the center or to nearby elements.

    I looked at documentation, and couldn’t find anything about this. Just wanted to check to see if I’m missing something.

    @janiebee83 Currently there is no way to snap elements to center.

    The Ruler is only available when you are creating Embedded content, but we will try to make it available in the Popup editor as well.

    @janiebee83 We have added this feature in the latest version.

    To enable this feature, update Brave, then
    1. Open a Popup in the visual editor,
    2. Click the Arrow key beside the Save button.
    3. Then Click the Editor Options menu,
    4. Enable the Auto snap elements option and click Save.

    Thank you for this. It does help some. If I’m doing this right, I can sense the snapping to align to the right or left edge of another element, but nothing to center it. Is this how it’s supposed to work, or was the intention to be able to snap to center, as well?

    Hello, just following up.

    The snapping is nice to the left or right, but it there anyway to get it to sense when an element is centered within the popup and/or centered between elements around it?

    I don’t want to ask for too much, but I think that would really help with the speed of making layouts.
