Alignment Issues On Different Screen Sizes

We are having issues with the display of the widget on different screen sizes. On my desktop (1920 x 1080) the widget works fine, however on my laptop (2496 x 1664) the widget loads and displays incorrectly as per the screenshots below.

Further testing showed that if I zoomed out on the laptop from 100% to 90% the widget then adapts and works correctly. Is there a way to fix this, so that the widget is being displayed correctly no matter the screen size?
