Alignment issues with different browser.

Hi wordpress lovers,
I am not a developer and have no knowledge of PHP/Coding. But i still manage to put https://www.EventTimes.in (a magazine website) with the simple of tools wordpress and its support.

The website opens fine in Firefox & Opera but issues in IE, Chrome and Safari.
1. The text from below post overlaps the top menu in all the pages of the website.
2. Some buttons of top menu are not working. Specially the 2nd line of top menu as its getting overlapped with the post title.

Please help me to fix this issues, i had to stop promoting the website due to this issues.
