    Hi!
    We have activated Alipay successfully within Stripe. They have confirmed this with us.
    However, we receive an error when trying to pay with Alipay, while scanning the QR with Alipay app we get the error message: order information is not recognized, it is recommended to contact the seller.’

    I contact with Stripe CS, amd and they said that checked the log and it is error from the plug-in, so need to find support via the plugin.

    we won’t be able to give further insight on Woo-Commerce’s apps or extensions. I wish I could be of a bit more help here, but since Woocommerce or a developer who created an extension through Woocommerce built their integration with Stripe, they’ll be best able to help you with this directly.

    To help look into what might be causing this with AliPay, please enable ‘Log debug messages’ in your Stripe settings:

    Logs will then appear under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Use the dropdown menu to select, and view.

    The log will be titled in the same format as other WooCommerce plugin log files: woocommerce-gateway-stripe-[date]-[string].log

    Only events that happen after the point of logging being enabled are logged.

    So please then try to make another order with AliPay after logging.

    Once you have made a test order, please navigate back to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select the Stripe logs from the dropdown on the right.

    Please then copy and paste the log into your reply, and we can review this further.
