Alkivia – new links

I know nothing about php and I am suign Alkivia plugin, which is great!

I am trying to find a way to add a menu element for members with a direct link to their profile (right now they have to go through member listing and click on their profile from there).
Right now my link from a member’s account is : https://mysite.com/available-experts/user/username

I would also like a direct link to the photo gallery. For a specific user, the link is
https://mysite.com/available-experts/gallery/username

So in other word, what is the variable used so that I could replace username by that variable?
