All bundle sub products displayed on cart

  • After having already deactivated all other wordpress plugins looking for incompatibilities and having read all the documentation available on the website about this topic:

    The products that make up the bundle appear separately on the cart page, despite being configured as “Hide bundled products on cart & checkout page: Yes, just show the main bundle”

    Bundle values ??appear correct on individual product pages and in the minicart.
    Example

    Woocommerce email: the bundle appears correct

    The error appears on the cart page, where the bundle appears only as a discount and products are added separately.

    If you remove the products from the cart, the discount remains in the cart, and you can apply the bundle discount to other products without a discount!

    Hi @raksm ,

    I checked your site and images. This was due to an incompatibility issue between our plugin and the theme/template or cart widget on your site. It seems that the theme is using a block-based cart widget so it allows buyers to remove all products inside the cart individually. It caused an issue with our plugin as the block consider each subproduct inside the smart bundle as an individual sub-block and can be removed easily. Unfortunately, our developers are not capable of fixing issues of this kind yet.

    The recommended workaround from our developers is to change the theme or cart plugin you’re using to the traditional cart page to avoid this.

    You can check our live demo here to see how the subproducts should be displayed on the cart page: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb/. This should be the right behavior of subproducts and buyers can’t remove any of the subproducts once the bundle is added to the cart.
