Hi, first: your plugin is great, thanks!
But, after upgrading to WP 5.6 I had to restore the site (older theme) from Dropbox.
After also going back manualy to an older WP version everything works again.
The problem is now that in UpdraftPlus in this website, all backups of all my clients are visible. So every backup made by UpdraftPlus in Dropbox is shown in one site.
Hope you can help me out. Thanks!

    Hi Erik,

Can you try to wipe out settings in the “Advance Tools” tab and reconnect Dropbox to your remote storage again?

It is actually recommended that you create separate sub-folder for each site on your Dropbox storage to keep it organised. However, this feature is only available on premium version.

    Thanks,

    Hi Bryle,
Thank you for your help. I am using the premium version and just now added a subfolder to Dropbox.
Unfortunately all backups from other websites are still visible after the reset en reconnection with Dropbox.

    Best,
    Erik

    Hi Erik,

Please send us a support request using this form – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ as you are a premium user. We could help you out further too.

    Thanks,

I have this annoying issue for ages. I use Google Drive so I can’t create separate folders for each website. When I do restore all the backups from other websites are listed. I have select all then deselect the backups I do want for the website and delete them but not from Google Drive. That’s my workaround.

Thanks vbaaccess, that indeed is the only way to get rid of it.
I now bought the premium version just to tackle this problem.
@bcrodua : In my opinion UpdraftPlus has a serious privacy issue with the free version. You shouldn’t be showing backups that do not belong to the site.
    Best!

    Hello @vbaaccess ,

I am very new to UpDraft – and it seems like you are an experienced UpDraft user.

I have a question: Do you work with incremental backups in the ProVersion? .. if so, how are you doing this, especially in regards of restoring from certain points in time?

    The support said:
“When you click restore button, it should show a dropdown, which will include the incremental backup date to restore, selecting the date your should be able to restore the incremental backups.”

I actually like this method mentioned above and initially thought it would be like that but when I asked the support again about on how to set this up – they now said:
“With the recent version you cannot select the incremental backups from the dropdown, whatever incremental backups you see in the list will be restored.”

… this is very unfortunate .. because I can only restore the very latest version .. and if I want to set a new restore-point I need to make full backup.

I am asking, because I am looking for best practices on how others take advantage of the incremental back up feature .. because at the moment it seems kind of limited to me – especially without the dropdown list that was once there (showing all incremental BUs) compared to now, where you can only restore the most recent version.

    Thx a lot in advance
