All codes are lost!!!

Hi, I want to keep my codes in the “pre” tags but it seems sometimes they get replaced with a shortcode like [crayon-5661f3c45a187008491900/]

For some reason now all the crayons appear blank and all the codes are lost.
How can I recover them?
