All Comments Going to Spam

    We just installed this plugin on a new site and all comments are going to spam—no matter what we try. The reason given is ‘honeypot’. How should we proceed? Thanks!

    Hi @curioelectro,

    which other plugins are used on this site? And which theme?

    This plugin is not compatible with any comment form replacements like Jetpack Comments, Disqus, etc.) and sometimes themes are customizing the comment form too much, so that our honeypot is not working as expected.

    With more information I’m sure we can help, at least to identify the problem.
