    Hello,

    We did Install the plugin also Tried to sync the Contacts, But we are not able to sync all Contacts. we have around more than 50K Contacts whereas we have just sync half of it.

    we did make some research on it and got to know Users with Customer Role has been imported and the rest of the Contacts has not been synced yet.

    We have Multiple Roles of the user in our User List.

    Can you please check and let me know, how am I supposed to sync the rest of my contacts.

    Hi @bhuwadritesh, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan?
    – If you’re using SiteGround, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Are there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
    – Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

    hey hi @khungate, My Plugin is updated. I don’t know about the hosting but I don’t think we have any issue with hosting. Also, I didn’t receive any error while installation or while connecting the store.

    I just Need to know, how am I supposed to import the rest of the user?
    (look I have two roles of the user in my user list, “none” & “Customer”. Users with “customer” role have been imported successfully. But rest of the users with role “none” is not been synced yet.)

    So can you help me to import or to sync my users in the mailchimp.

    Also Requesting you to revert soon, b’coz it took a long getting revert from your side.
