All content lost

    All of a sudden all my page content has gone so can’t edit. Also the working pages/dashboard have changed colour and there are no symbols on each page to allow for changing script to bold,font colour etc.
    I have tried deactivating plug ins as suggested elsewhere but doesn’t help.
    Any bright ideas please?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Thank you for reply. Have no idea why but all the content has now suddenly reappeared. Perhaps it was just good vibes from you!
