    Hi,

All of our cookies are listed as pending investigation on the auto-generated cookie policy page.

Sync is turned on for cookiedatabase.

(Three cookies can’t be found in the DB, so we’ve added them manually – but they ALL are listed with no function).

    Running Complianz Version 6.4.3

    Hi @whonickedmyname,

If you’re adding these cookies manually, this will also require you to describe them manually.

For cookies that had been discovered during the Cookie Scan under Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie Scan, you can sync their information with CookieDatabase by clicking the “Sync” button once, under Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie descriptions.

And if their information is listed on CookieDatabase, they will then appear categorized & described on your Cookie Policy.

Hope it helps, let us know if you have any further questions or updates.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi,
This seems to have resolved itself after a few hours.
    The issue wasL
In the backend – it has them correctly listed. They’re either manually updated or synced.
Front end – All of them had blank functions. (Even things like WordPress and Google ReCaptcha)
