all CSS goes away

    When I activate the plugin no CSS loads. There is content. The only things displayed are a list links – no WP default theme, no theme.

    It was working before on this site. (I use it on other sites too.) I imagine there WAS a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins. When your plugin is activated, alone, there is no CSS/Theme rendered as described.

    Everything is up to date: Themes, WP, Plugins

    Hi Toni,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having that issue. I’ll be happy to help. I’ll need a little more info about your specific info. Can you submit a support request through our WordPress plugin support page if you don’t mind. Then we can get some more specific info and email back and forth to figure out the issue.

    In your support request, can you try to think back and see if anything changed from the point where it worked to where it didn’t, whether you added new plugins, whether the RSHCP plugin version changed, the
    Theme of your site changed, PHP version changed on your server, or if there were other server configuration changes. If you recall any of that, please include it in your request as it will help.

    One thing to note as well…if you haven’t done this yet, please read the FAQ’s and try RS Head Cleaner Lite. It has a couple features removed for compatibility.

    Also, and this may sound obvious, but I’ll for those cases where it isn’t…be sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page whenever you are dealing with CSS changes, as it may look like everything is broken until you clear and reload. ??

    No worries, lol. I’m sure it’s a little confusing with the two plugin versions and all. You can post it there as well if you like, but I will still need you to do the support request at the link above in either case.

    Great. I sent it to the link. And posted on RS Head Cleaner Lite support (for me).

    I use your plugin on a couple of other sites. It’s great 100% improvement.

    I will close this thread.
