All custom tabs are closed on product pages

    Hi, I am having an issue where the customs tabs on all product pages are closed when you enter the pages. Before it was fine and the first tab was always automatically open. I recently edited all products which might have caused this. Does anybody know how I can fix it? Thank you in advance!

    Hi @alemit

    I see the inline style of style="display: none;" on all the tab content when the page first loads, but as soon as you click on a tab it works properly.

    I don’t know what could be adding that style. Have there been any theme or plugin updates that coincided with the change in behavior?

    Not that I’m aware of. I apologise for my lack of knowledge but I am new to running a website and still learning how to properly run it.

    Do you possibly know how to remove the inline style or how to fix it?

    Hi @alemit

    Can you get in touch with your theme developer? Our plugin only provides the ability to add tabs. It doesn’t define or change the way the tabs look. We don’t add any HTML or CSS to a site that could change tab layout and style.

    The way the tabs look is defined by your theme and WooCommerce itself. You should submit a ticket with your theme developer and they may be able to help you with style and layout.
