All “Delivered” orders still say “Processing”

    Hi,

    100% of our orders say processing rather than completed, but the plugin shows as “delivered”. When an order is shipped or delivered, shouldn’t it automatically change the order status to “completed”?

    Hi,

    When you add tracking information from order page and mark the order as shipped at that time your order status change from Processing to Completed.
    For Automated Shipping & Delivery Updates please install TrackShip for WooCommerce plugin.

    All orders were shipped and delivered long ago, but every one says processing, not completed.

    We already have Trackship, and they don’t respond to any requests for assistance.

    I asked the TrackShip team and they do not get any support requests from you, you can go to your TrackShip account and contact their support.

    Not only did I post in their support forum and they failed to respond, but I also went to their website and filled out their support form and they failed to respond. I will do both again.
