Hey there Moiqc! Rob from Modern Tribe here — I just saw this review from a couple weeks back and wanted to follow-up, to both thank you for taking the time to write it and to see if I could get some more information from you on your comments here.
We’re trying to gather feedback from our users as we work towards our next big release, and was wondering if you might be willing to share some light on your experience and what you’re doing to hit up against these bugs. Have you already reported these bugs on the forums? If not, would you be willing to provide a summary of the problems you’re facing? Similarly, when it comes to performance: I’d love to hear more from you as to whether these only occur on certain views or with a certain number of events, or if they’re ever-present.
Totally understandable if you’re uninterested in providing that level of feedback or don’t have time. But if you’ve got a second we’d appreciate it and would take it into account as we work to improve the plugin. Our goal is to make the plugin more useful to all our customers…and if we can earn a full 5 stars from folks like yourself along the way, that’d be a nice added bonus.
