All email receives from admin email address

Hello,
I have set “From : Project Name <[email protected]>”. And in “Additional header: Reply-To: [email protected]”.
When I receive any email I can see admin email address in “From”. When click on reply button its working correct means its take [email protected].
So how can I change from email address?
