Hi there, we have the Zero Spam filter installed on our site, and it works great for the most part. But we have one specific form where every single form entry that comes through is marked as spam. Is there a way to whitelist the form so that entries don’t get marked as spam? Or is there a specific type of field that we should/shouldn’t be using? Thanks for your help.

Hi, @theheartypixel! I’m sorry to hear about the form where entries get marked as spam.

Can you please share the exported form with us at [email protected] so we can see if there’s anything that might be causing it? Here’s how to export a form.

    Thanks!

I’m closing due to inactivity, but if you could please share the export with us @theheartypixel, that’d be great!

I’m having this issue as well, can I open this topic back up? I have a form on which every entry goes to the spam folder and therefore, as a result, notification emails are not sent.

@aolsen356 Does the plugin work for other forms? If so, I recommend disabling Zero Spam on that form, which is now possible in Version 1.2!

Once you update, look at the bottom of the form settings for “Prevent spam using Gravity Forms Zero Spam”. You can toggle it on and off.

Check out the FAQ to learn more about how to use this setting.
