All Excellent: Service, Plugin and SUPPORT!

  • We chose OneSignal because their service and their plugin had all the features we need. The plugin is very well done and well documented, with many pictures that explain all the simple configuration, step by step. We set up our service in 15 minutes. We had a rare compatibility issue with our CDN, but their brilliant support has solved it in just over 24 hours. Moreover, notifications are very fast, and the Plugin includes an efficient live support via chat.

    EDIT (2017-09-20)
    Starting from September 20, 2017 we not longer use OneSignal and this plugin, due to our huge privacy concerns (they sell user data to third parties), so we migrated to another solution with a different privacy policy. We thanks OneSignal for the excellent service they always guaranteed in these two years passed together.
