All fields gone after update

    Use Import option. In plugin admin area. It was created for this purpose.

    I don’t see an import option…I looked under settings -> BP Group Extras in the WordPress Admin Consol. Am I looking in the right place?

    And do I need to do an export before I do an import? If so, where do I export from?

    I had the same problem. What a pain!!!

    I am having this same problem. The import option is not displaying on the admin screen. I have looked at the screen options and “Data Import From Pre-v3.4” is checked. Even though everything is checked, only “Group Management” and “Set of Fields” are showing up. Is there another way to import your data?

    Just to let you know, I tried in another browser and it works fine. In Google Chrome, all options are displayed, but not in Firefox.
