I am trying to us the CFDB plugin to create shortcodes to serve up a table of specific values that have been entered in Caldera forms by people filling out our forms. Not all of the “fields” are showing up in CFDB, although they are showing up in Caldera. For instance, I have some fields set up that read “address, city, state, zip” and only the “address” is showing up in CFDB not city, state or zip. Therefore I can’t pull up all the submissions from a particular state. Any idea what may be happening here?

It is not clear to me if you are saying that

    1. CFDB is not saving these form fields (don’t see them on the CFDB admin page) or
    2. CFDB is saving the fields but you can’t get them to display with a shortcode.

If 1, describe your form fields
    – Field name
    – Field type

    If 2, post the shortcode

Thanks for the response, Michael. I think I figured it out already. I am guessing each and every field in the form must have a unique title/label to register correctly. For instance, in my form I have several sections: Buyers section, Realtor section, Title Agent section and each section has the fields name, address, phone number, etc.

Only one name, address, etc. was getting registered in CFDB and it was really weird cause they would be mixed up…i.e. realtor’s name with buyer’s address and agent’s phone number. ??

In any event, I went back and renamed them to “realtor’s name”, “buyer’s name”, etc. and it seems to be registering all the info now.

So, I am guessing that was the problem? Am I right in deducing this?

    Yes, that’s exactly right.
