All filters gone after update

There are three widgets besides the text Filter Products designed horizontally holding three different widgets with this plugin. Hope this helps.

Did you follow the installation steps? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/installation/

Right now there are no issues that prevents plugin from being shown. So I suppose you miss some step(s) from the installation. Please check again carefully and if it still don’t work please mail me wp-admin access. Please use: [email protected]

Dima, thank you for providing support in these forums. Looking at your sub-forum I see that you do a good job of supporting your users and much thanks for that.

But please do not accept an offer for that sort of access. As you may be aware that is something that is actively discouraged for many good reasons.

I know that getting that access make it easier for you and the user. And I am not accusing you of any ill will. Honest.

But unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin details, even temporarily.

You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

First of all thank you for good work.

This plugin using ajax and mostly I have here 2 reasons of issues:
1) Visual issues where I need link only to check what JavaScript code they need to add to special field I create in my plugin. This is what I’m asking for first
2) Some theme-specific thing that I’ll not find in blind mod. This require access to the files to see what piece of code in theme breaking it. In 50% of times I’m fixing it directly in their theme files, not in my plugin.

This is sad but as for now I don’t see any way to make it work with more than 50% of theme from the box. Other 50% require or not use this at all or they need piece of custom code added to make it work.

Hi Kalyan,

Filters are there now. I turn on Show All Filters features because widgets cannot find any used values for the attributes. This could be because of custom areas or some other plugin.

if you want to show all products all the time got to admin -> Settings -> Reading -> set post per page to 100 or bigger. My plugin using that number to get posts per page.
