Dima, thank you for providing support in these forums. Looking at your sub-forum I see that you do a good job of supporting your users and much thanks for that.
But please do not accept an offer for that sort of access. As you may be aware that is something that is actively discouraged for many good reasons.

I know that getting that access make it easier for you and the user. And I am not accusing you of any ill will. Honest.
But unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin details, even temporarily.
You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.
