All forms do not show confirmation

Hello, after the last update on 21 MAR, our forms fail to show the “thanks!” when submitting.

Before that, the CF7 4.4 version before MAR 20 was working fine.

All of these forms do not work:

1.) form with on_submit redirect script
2.) form with captcha
3.) Form with no redirect script, no captcha
4.) simple text box, email, message form

What’s going on and what do I need to do to fix it?
