• I’ve just updated to the latest version of Caldera Forms and it came up with a warning to update the version PHP the site was using. After doing that, all of my forms have disappeared in both front end and back end!

I followed the instructions on your website to roll back the plugin to an earlier version (1.6.3) and now the forms are listed in the back end, but they are all empty. They still show nothing in the front end. Form Entries are listed, but show no data when viewed.

How can I recover my forms? One of them was a complicated multi-stage process with conditional fields, so I don’t want to spend hours recreating it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    UPDATE:
I remembered I previously copied the complicated form to another separate website, so I exported it from that other site and re-imported back into the problematic site.

Now the original form and all its data/entries have returned! It even has the same embed code as before – I assume an exported form retains the embed code and this is why it is the same?

I’m concerned about updating other sites now though, as I don’t want to lose all my forms….
