All forms on a single calendar?

That’s currently support in the custom lists (list format):

For the “Schedule Calendar View” it supports currently displaying one calendar at time.

A workaround may be to use the “Shared booked times” add-on but this solution will be valid only in the case that you want to share the booked times between different calendars:
