  • Hi, did you check the galleries on the backend side? Do you have galleries with ID 12 and 24?

Hi. Yes, I opened the plugin, and I see over 50+ galleries. None of them work except galleries 27 and 56. When I last checked, all worked. Nothing on the site has changed besides keeping it updated. These galleries have been on the site for two years.

When I open each gallery, I can see all of the images are there. It is interesting to note that on the plugin landing page, the title, description and type are blank except for the two that are working. Those read “images” in the description.

It looks like you have updated this plugin recently. Could my old galleries have been effected by the update of the plugin?

    Thanks for your help.

If the galleries are that old it could be they’re not compatible with the last update. I suggest:

    1) clone galleries 27 and 56
    2) edit gallery 27 and save (it’s ok to just enter a title)
    3) check if gallery 27 is now visible on your site. If this procedure works then do the same with gallery 56 and delete the cloned galleries.

If step 2) doesn’t make the gallery visible try to replace the ID 27 with the cloned one.

Let me know if it works!

Thanks for the tip. So 27 and 56 were already working. It’s ALL of the others that don’t. I was able to clone, change the name and settings, and replace the id on the portfolio page. It’s lots of extra steps, but at least I don’t have to rebuild each gallery.

Any steps to avoid this with future updates?

    Thanks for your help.

    Oh, I’m sorry about that.

Any steps to avoid this with future updates?

Not really, the issue wasn’t supposed to be there. If you are able to export the table wp_FinalTiles_gallery of your database I could debug the issue and you shouldn’t make the manual steps but I don’t know how long it could take.
