The theme itself is great, easily customised, always up to date and charmingly simple but powerful. You just have so many different possibilities and options that it takes some time at first, but you will learn quickly. If you really want to use all options I suggest you use the pro version.
But what about the support?
I ask some questions several times a year and there is usually an answer within 24 to 48 hours and it is really helpful. The support team provides you with information, additional css and much appreciated tips. I am using their themes (especially this one) for several years now and there was never an unsolvable problem. I really can recommend them. ??
